Important Information for Families

A Note on Our Current Service

Our current service is a family concierge and education arrival support service. It is not currently an official educational guardianship service, legal guardianship service, childcare service or host-family accommodation service.

Where support involves a child under 18, all arrangements must be authorised by the parent or legal guardian and accepted by the relevant school, course provider or accommodation provider.

Official educational guardianship services will be offered separately once all safeguarding, insurance and compliance requirements are fully in place. Families wishing to register interest are welcome to do so via the enquiry form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with families outside London?

Yes. Support is available in London, the South East of England and other UK locations by arrangement. Please include details of your intended destination in your enquiry and we will confirm whether we are able to assist.

Can you help with English courses and summer schools?

Yes. We can support families with arrival planning, course coordination, accommodation, transfers and practical arrangements before and during the course or programme. Please note this is not an official guardianship service — see the note above for details.

Are you an official educational guardian?

Not yet. Official educational guardianship services are planned for the future, once all safeguarding, insurance and compliance requirements are fully in place. Our current service is a concierge and parent-authorised support service. You are welcome to register interest in future guardianship services via the enquiry form.

Can you help find rental or purchase properties?

Yes. We can assist with area research, property search, estate agent communication and viewing coordination. This is a concierge support service, not a regulated estate agency. Formal legal and financial advice should be obtained from appropriately qualified professionals.

Do you publish fixed prices?

We publish starting prices to give you an indication of investment. Final pricing depends on dates, urgency, location, number of family members and the level of support required. We will always provide a clear quotation before any engagement begins.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one to two business days. For urgent requirements, please message us directly on WhatsApp and we will do our best to respond promptly.
